Pathfinder: Open Seas 2

The Unassuming Wolves (temporary party name) resumed their voyage across the sea, trying to return to Lanming, Quain. Rook used the Pathfinder Medallion to find their way.

The ship took them to a deserted island, where they found a campfire. The fire was made with fey stones and inside the embers was a metal symbol of Hell. Erynor and Varis used their arcana and learned that they could disable whatever spells were trapped by the campfire by moving the stone or the symbol. After doing so, a nuckelavee and four hell hounds appeared from their separate dimensions. Varis was afflicted by Mortasheen, a disease targeting constitution and making the summoner fatigued.

When they defeated the fey and hell outsiders, the island began to disappear. After leaving the disappearing island, they went out to sea and sailed for a few days. They managed to cure Varis' disease and were beset upon by the pirate captain Isabella Locke and Lieutenant Gortus Svard. She used her sorcerous powers including aqueous orbs, geysers and lightning to devastate the party.

Pathfinder: On the Open Seas

The party defeated the Shaitan they encountered in the cave. She planar shifted and swore to tell her brothers about them.

After speaking with Porosen, the elderly turtle, they went into the water and were dragged into the depths. They woke up on a pirate ship, defeated the crew, who was going to sell them as slaves.

Searching the ship, they discovered some valuables and tried to enter the lower deck.  However, with poor climbing both Jergling and Rook fell into the waters. Varis threw the anchor to stop the ship.

Two dragons appeared, blue imperial sea dragons, who assumed the group were pirates
Unable to prove their innocence, the dragons attacked using their breath weapons of water and flame as well as a flurry of strikes. Erynor, while proving inadequate with diplomacy, kept the dragons staggered with his frost bombs.

Pathfinder: Seething Hills, Part 2 and 3

After defeating the Spirit Naga, the party found a large lake within the Seething Hills. Located in its southern half was a binding circle keeping some creature contained beneath the water. Rook jumped across the waters, fastened a rope, and Jergling followed suit. Erynor and Varis had trouble swimming across, even with the aid of the rope.

They encountered a Shaitan, who told them to leave her cave, and were assaulted by an Invisible Stalker lurking deeper in the cave. After, they tried to cross the water again, but were attacked by water elementals.
The elementals waited until they were holding onto the ropes before they struck. The heroes ran to the shore, and the water creatures submerged themselves.

The heroes had a few options in how to proceed in the cave. They could harass the Shaitan earth genie again, uncover the magic and free the creature of the binding circle, or descend down the waterfall of the lake.

Jergling jumped down and died, or rather, was sent back to the summoning realm. They decided this was not the best course of action. Crossing the lake again, they were attacked by the same water elementals. Defeating these enemies, revealed the Dragon Turtle, the creature bound by the magical circle. It asked for help to free it.

Sea cats, a strange mix of cat and fish, emerged from the depths, causing Varis to summon an assortment of creatures. Afterwards, the Dragon Turtle said it would help them find the pirates in the cave, and also asked them to dispatch the genie in the southern cave.
